Cristiano Ronaldo recently took the L in the 2014 World Cup, but he may be beyond that now. The Real Madrid soccer player has been working to expand his underwear line CR7, with some help from designer Richard Chai and Danish manufacturers JBS Textile Group

The line, which was started last year, will go from designing only socks and underwear to include shirts. It'll be a mix of casual and formal shirts and will mainly focus on tailoring, quality and fit.

"Part of my belief is always being the best that you can be," Ronaldo said about the collection. "The perfect fitting shirt gives a man the confidence to become the best version of himself possible."

Getting a designer (and CFDA winner) like Chai, who's worked at Armani Exchange, Donna Karan, and Marc Jacobs, to help with the project is a big W for the soccer player.

Retail stores and prices have yet to be confirmed, but Ronaldo's collection is set to launch at CR7shirts.com later this year.
