Rule number one: don't mess with the Hef. According to the New York Post, the founder of Playboy magazine is allegedly suing Black Book for using the magazine's photos of Kate Moss without permission.

The Post says that the lawsuit was handed down on Wednesday in Manhattan federal court, and it says that Black Book's use of the photos qualifies as "commercial use" because their blog has ads (like every other website on the Internet). The page that contained the "art of Moss’ cover spread in Playboy’s 60th-anniversary special" has been taken down, but the page url still reads "kate-moss-goes-nude-for-playboy-s-birthday-the-first-photo."

If the lawsuit holds, Black Book may have to pay Playboy Enterprises International $150,000 for each of the photos used.
