Some people jump at the chance of owning property that once belonged to someone famous, but what if someone famous sold you a home right next to their own? According to Curbed, Anderson Cooper is selling the home he bought in 2012 in Quiogue for $1.7 million. The property is right next door to Cooper's summer home, so if you play your cards right, you can be Hangin' with Mr. Cooper (no Mark Curry).

The home sits on 2.4 acres and has six-bedrooms, a pool, beautiful wood floors throughout, and is situated right on Aspatuck Creek. Did we mention that Anderson Cooper would be living next door?
