Every year, SXSW is the point of impact where creative minds collide, and this year was no exception. The worlds of art, technology, music, and fashion converged last Friday into one amazing tableau at The COMPLEX Complex, presented by Boost Mobile.

Leading the charge musically was none other than Childish Gambino, who recently kicked off his “Deep Web” tour and treated The COMPLEX Complex crowd to tracks from his recent album Because the Internet. On the visual side, artist Sam Rodriguez—whose work itself is one big collision of styles, melding street art with the more figurative and abstract—painted live throughout the day, in addition to displaying some of his other work throughout the venue.

In addition to Gambino, Nipsey Hussle, Mike WiLL Made-It, Que, Isaiah Rashad, Dom Kennedy, Vince Staples, Two-9, and Lil Simz took the stage, with special guest performances by YG and Gunplay.

As many mediums collided, the result was an amazing mosaic of talent and craft.
