Your pumpkin has probably been carved for weeks now. After tonight, it's going to sit outside until the face caves in and then you'll have to peel it off the pavement. Watching a master carver like Chris Soria work his magic on a pumpkin and seeing it decay in a timelapse (shot byJoe Vaughn) is a much cleaner and more enjoyable experience. The project was a GIF commissioned by Ford for their "And Is Better" campaign and Vaughn decided to also make a 22-second clip with some music. It took Soria an insane 15 hours to complete the design inspired by Jason Smith's artwork, so it almost feels like a shame that it's all over in less than half a minute, but its a video so you can replay it as many times as you want.
