Picasso's Grandson Is Selling His NYC Penthouse for $8 Million

It's luxury, baby.

Picasso's Grandson Is Sellling His NYC Penthouse for $8 Million

Bernard Ruiz-Picasso, grandson of the legendary artist, has put his sixth-floor penthouse in Manhattan back up for sale. The asking price for the home is $7.995 million (after selling for $7.19 million in October of 2010). Judging by the pictures, the price justifies the luxury.

It seems like a low price considering all of the amenities, which include a "sky pavilion" over the 1,200-square-foot landscaped roofdeck. However Ruiz-Picasso also happens to own the largest private collection of his grandfather's work. Considering what he could get for the works, we suppose the apartment is low priority.
