The Vermont House of Representatives were introduced to a short form bill that cuts to the chase: it would "make it illegal to [photograph] a person without his or her consent … and distribute it." The law would pretty much ban a lot of public photography. The bill started making rounds on Reddit via ArchersTest910. A short form bill is a kind of bill that doesn't give further information other than the title, showing the intensity of the measure.
