It's no mystery that the G.O.O.D. Music crew likes high fashion, and that they have close, personal relationships with designers. Katie Eary has become a favorite of the crew, and the designer revels in working with the artists. MTV Style caught up with Eary to learn about her experiences dressing 2 Chainz, meeting G.O.O.D. Music for the first time, and how streetwear inspires her collections.
Eary is not only a fan of Kanye's crew, she calls them her personal muses: "Actually my muses consist of Kanye, Don C, Virgil [Abloh], Ibn [Jasper]. When I first met them all my head was abuzz with awe; I had never seen such eclectic streetwear," Eary tells MTV.
Why is she so impressed by Kanye's crew? "Each star treats themselves like a brand and everything is thought out and planned. It really made me think about my own brand, having integrity and being true to myself. They make me feel like anything is possible," Eary says.
