This is undeniable. Josh McRoberts of the Orlando Magic with short hair looks exactly like Charlie Day from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. If we didn't know any better we'd say this is another one of the Sunny gang's shenanigans except on a larger scale. Who knows? Charlie is a wildcard.
