At the Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) in Newport Beach, California, a giant black abrador can now be seen doing his business on the side of the building. The 28-foot tall sculpture, titled Bad Dog, is complementary to the exhibit going on inside the museum, Richard Jackson: Ain't Painting a Pain, showing through May 5. The installation by 74-year-old artist Richard Jackson is mechanized and squirts a suggestive yellow paint onto the museum's wall, completing a realistic representation of the action. The artist is known for creating several other "painting machines" that release colors in such eccentric ways.
