Online voting results, coupled with the outcomes from a series of gallery shows around the country, will determine the finalists for the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Artisan Series, who will go on to compete for the two grand prizes at Art Basel Miami this December. The BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Artisan Series was started three years ago by brothers Russell and Danny Simmons, and is a competition that provides invaluable exposure for young painters, photographers, and mixed media artists. The winners of the series will be given a chance to show off their work in their own show at the Rush Arts Gallery and Resource Center in New York City, home to the Simmons brothers' Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, in February.
