It’s not everyday a casting agent asks regular people a.k.a. non-models to star in a Lanvin ad, but that’s exactly what designer Alber Elbaz wanted for the French luxury brand’s Fall 2012 campaign. Wanting to convey how the brand looks on different sizes and ages, Elbaz skips using models and recruited regular everyday people instead.
