Looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer to see Hedi Slimane's first two collections for Yves Saint Laurent. It was announced this week that Slimane would not be hosting a runway presentation. Instead, he'll be presenting his YSL women's cruise and spring menswear to buyers only in late June or early July.
A spokesperson for YSL confirmed the press blackout to WWD, explaining that Slimane wants to make his big public debut when he shows his women's Spring 2013 collection during Paris Fashion Week.
Well let's hope one of the buyers sneaks a twit-pic during the presentation.
