From a stack of outdated computer books, artist Maskull Lasserre carves detailed paper sculptures. This example, a skull, is modeled after a proper scientific specimen. Also, it is worth noting Lassere's process. Most of the book carvings we've check out are from a single book. Here clamps are employed to expand the possible surface and allow Lassere to carve seven books at once. [Daily Cool]
