In his return to Los Angeles, Jim Houser brings an array of canvas paintings, mixed media composition, and installations to LeBasse Projects. House, one of the founders of Philadelphia's Space 1026, works by systematic cataloging of images. As a result, his art forms fascinating patterns and characters. Houser's recent characters are inspired by the impact of father hood. They also reflect on the impulse to protect and witnessing the growth of loved ones.
