Just in time for Halloween (and especially el Día de los Muertos the day after), the company Our Exquisite Corpose, has released sixteen life-like (but not human) skulls decked out in crazy patterns with colorful beads. The indigenous Huichol people in Western Mexico collaborated with the company on the project, hand-decorating each skull. Each skull features symbolic patterns representing their Sun God, ancestor spirits, and their deities: Deer, Corn, Peyote and the Eagle. Scoop at LN-CC. [My Modern Met]
