It's not exactly clear if Stephen Curry pretended to poop on the Cavaliers' court after Kevin Durant's game-winning dagger in the waning seconds of Golden State's Game 3 Wednesday win, which put them on the verge of an NBA Finals sweep.

On the one hand, Curry, a boy scout, says he doesn't remember. On the other hand, Curry, a human being who needs to maintain his image at all times, even with cameras everywhere, seems to be squatting pretty hard there. Let's not forget that time last year when he whipped his mouthguard in frustration.

"I really don’t know what I did last night,” Curry said about his butt after the contest. “I saw it, I saw it, I just don’t really know what I was doing. I even dropped my mouthpiece because I was so uncoordinated. No Randy Moss, no none of that stuff. Just having fun." However, he later added "It’s all spontaneous. I wish I could have a little more control over there actions in certain situations."

The video above shows what went down; we'll let you decide what his intent was.

Now what you or I believe is ultimately immaterial. Tough but true. I mean, who the hell are we?! But the Cavs, their opinion matters a little. And, according to NBA insider Sam Amico, they aren't exactly thrilled about the perceived lack of respect. Amico reports that several unnamed players are pretty pissed about the invisible dook Curry dropped. And Amico also reports that it "won't be forgotten" during Friday evening's Game 4:

Athletes will tap into whatever they have to motivate themselves. Even a fake dump. If the Cavs want to return the favor, they're going to have to win at least one game to head back to the Bay Area.

Guess we'll see come game-time whether they can actually make that happen.
