In case you're having trouble reading that, it says:

Shay,

The "you're rich" line may connect to recent theories on his suicide. In Massachusetts, you are not considered guilty if you're dead and your appeals process hasn't yet been exhausted. Because of that loophole, despite a life sentence for a conviction for murdering Odin Lloyd, Hernandez is technically innocent as far as the state's concerned. Therefore the Patriots will probably be on the hook to pay his estate the rest of his $6 million salary, though one would think that their lawyers (as well as prosecutors) will challenge this.

Stay tuned.
