Ronda Rousey is scheduled to fight Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 in Las Vegas on Friday night. If your response to us telling you that is "Wait, that’s this week?" you’re not alone. Rousey’s first fight since her loss to Holly Holm in November 2015 has snuck up on us, too.

Part of that is because the fight falls in between Christmas and New Year’s Day, which is obviously a busy time of year for everyone—and part of it is because Rousey has refused to do much press for the fight. She did speak at length with ESPN The Magazine recently—and she was also on Conan for a TV interview earlier this month—but outside of that, it’s been radio silence from Rousey and her camp.

Rousey made a (very brief!) appearance in the UFC 207 Embedded vlog that UFC just released, but she doesn’t say much in it. In fact, the only thing she said was that she’s not saying more because she’s worried about more important things than press runs and press conferences right now.

"I don’t care about anything but winning this fight," Rousey said, "and I’m not spending energy on anything else."

Well, okay then. That probably won't do much for PPV numbers, but...Oh wait, according to this video that TMZ Sports obtained, Rousey doesn't care.

"I don't care about how this pay-per-view does," she said in it. "I don't care how much money I make. I don't care about interviews, and I don't care about how I look. All I care about is winning my belt back on Friday night, and that's it."

Rousey has maintained a presence on social media in recent days, so she hasn’t completely fallen off the map. But she’s taking a much different approach to her fight with Nunes than, say, Conor McGregor would. And we can’t help but wonder how many people are going to forget that the fight is even on this Friday, simply because Rousey has seemingly made it her mission not to promote it.

Fast-forward to the 7:00 mark of the video above if you want to see Rousey’s appearance.
