When it became official that Kevin Durant was signing with the Golden State Warriors, everyone felt a certain way about it. Everyone. The Warriors and their fans were obviously excited to have Durant on the team. NBA fans were immediately prepared to just hand the title to Golden State. Others were anointing the league's latest superteam as "supervillians." But what did KD's biggest rival, LeBron James, think about the move?

Sure, there were reports that James has been training harder than normal since the Durant news surfaced. But, for the most part, LeBron has been relatively silent about the signing. You know, aside from that time he once again tapped into his petty side. However, in a recent interview with Business Insider's Alyson Shontell, 'Bron 'Bron finally discussed KD's decision to take his talents to Golden State and its ramifications for the league.

"I think everyone had the 'wow' thing. My [reaction] was no different from the average person who doesn't know basketball to the person who watches it or covers it every day. So, I think it's all great for our league. Our league is very competitive."

Wait, what? LeBron isn't going to talk about how this move could make for unfair competition in the NBA? LeBron isn't going to throw shade at Durant for trying to take the easy route to a championship, even though he did the same thing not too long ago? Of course not! History has shown us that James is far too crafty to recklessly tip his hand in an interview. The King isn't going to let his foes see the possible fear in his eyes. In the meantime, he'll continue to silently prepare for battle.
