NBA Players React to the Death of Pelicans' Bryce Dejean-Jones

The basketball world is reeling from the untimely passing of New Orleans Pelicans guard Bryce Dejean-Jones, who was killed after he suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen on Friday night.

Dejean-Jones bounced around colleges and NBA teams before finding a home with the New Orleans Pelicans. The tragedy has touched players and personalities far outside of New Orleans, though.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver released a statement on Saturday regarding the sudden loss of Dejean-Jones. After the Pelicans' released their statement about the of the fallen 23-year-old player, other NBA teams, players, and sports media personalities tweeted their condolences to the Pelicans organization and Dejean-Jones' family.
