Mike Tyson has a looooooooooooooooooooooooong rap sheet. He’s been arrested for so many things over the years that it’s hard to keep count of all of his legal issues, even though they've been very well publicized. But it sounds like Tyson's favorite arrest (sidebar: who has a "favorite" arrest?!?) is actually one that slipped through the cracks and never landed in the headlines.

Tyson made an appearance on The Diego Show on Thursday— a show that’s hosted by a puppet—and he was asked to name his favorite arrest. That would seem like a really inappropriate question for most people, but Tyson had no problem talking about it and sharing a pretty wild story.

“My favorite arrest I would have to say is when I bought a Ferrari and I didn’t know how to drive the Ferrari and it was idling and it went through a window,” he said. “The glass window? It went through it. My car went through the glass window, and I had to get arrested because of property damage.”

We had never heard Tyson talk about this, but he apparently told the same story during an interview with Us Weekly in May 2014:

I once crashed my Ferrari into a convenience store window. I thought it was in reverse.

He didn't elaborate on the story much, though, and there is no known public record of him getting arrested for driving a Ferrari through a window.

So it is true? We've reached out to a representative for Tyson to try to get to the bottom of it and will let you know. In the meantime, you can add this latest story to our list of the craziest Mike Tyson stories of all time.
