A photographer has reportedly accused James Harden of breaking his finger during a scuffle that allegedly took place in Los Angeles on Tuesday night. According to TMZ Sports, the incident is currently being investigated by the LAPD.

The paparazzo involved—TMZ Sports pointed out that he is not associated with their organization—reportedly claims the Rockets star was standing in front of a Hollywood lounge when he walked up to him and asked him for his opinion on Donald Trump (because we're all dying to know what Harden thinks about Trump, right?). He claims that Harden then got defensive (which is kind of funny, because...well, you know) and allegedly went Alec Baldwin on him. The photographer claims Harden shoved him and that his finger was broken during the alleged incident after it got stuck in his camera.

At this time, Harden hasn't been charged with any crime, but the alleged victim did file a police report, and according to TMZ Sports, cops took a look at the photographer's medical records as part of their investigation.

In the past, Harden has been vocal about how he isn't interested in being in the spotlight every time he walks down the street, but as of right now, he hasn't commented on this alleged incident (and for the record, neither has Lil B, though we're sure he'll have something to say about it at some point). Stay tuned for further details.
