Zach LaVine dazzled us at NBA All-Star Weekend in Febuary when he defeated Aaron Gordon to win the Slam Dunk Contest for a second straight year. But, what's even more amazing is what he did with the money he won from the competition.

LaVine donated $10,000 in winnings from this year's dunk contest to the Metro Deaf School in St. Paul, Minn. to help complete construction on a kitchen. Before the Minnesota Timberwolves guard's contribution, the school was relying on catered meals.

When the project is complete, LaVine will not only unveil the new kitchen, he will also serve breakfast to the students.

Zach, you could've done plenty of things with $10,000, but you put it towards a good cause and we're sure the students appreciate that.
