In his first bout since his massive dud against Floyd Mayweather last May, Manny Pacquiao defeated Timothy Bradley yesterday night in what the Filipino boxer claims was his last career fight. He won by unanimous decision, with all three judges scoring it 116-110, and subsequently upped his career record to 58-6-2.

There was also a belt on the line, as the winner took home the vacant WBO international welterweight title.

While Pacquiao himself admits he was looking to leave the sport with a KO, he was unable to accomplish that goal, but did manage to get Bradley on the mat twice with the first (in the seventh-round) looking like a slip:

In addition to making those plans for all to see, the 37-year-old stated "As of now I am retired. I am going to go home and think about it but I want to be with my family. I want to serve the people." He is currently a favorite running for one of 12 senate seats in the Philippines. Not that you care, but that election will take place next month.
