And, while some former ballers look like they just immediately stopped all athletic activity upon retirement, White Chocolate still shows flashes of the dude who used to make weekly Top 10 appearances on SportsCenters throughout the late '90s/early '00s. As you watch the video above (a teaser for an upcoming documentary) keep in mind that he's doing this all at 40. The mere fact that he can still go and stay hard is a lot better than most guys his age.
