Guardiola is coming to the end of his time at Bayern Munich but with one eye almost certainly on his future at Manchester City next season, he's still drilling the importance of possession football into his Bayern players during training.

As his side prepped for this weekend's game against Werder Bremen, Guardiola oversaw what was probably the world's greatest rondo. A basic training exercise that improves passing and close control, you've got to keep the ball away from defenders in a tight space for as long as possible.
