If Jerry Rice went unrecognized in, say, London, we could understand. But for the greatest receiver of all-time to go unrecognized in San Francisco (introducing himself with his first freakin' initial, no less) is totally unacceptable. Above you can watch as he inexplicably remains anonymous amongst a handful of Bay Area citizens, including a few self-professed Niner diehards, as he drives them--I don't know--somewhere. A few try to save face at the end, but by then it's far too late. No word on how he'd fare amongst the populations of Oakland, or Seattle, or whatever other city he tried to catch onto right before his career flatlined. But we bet hope it'd be better.
