Floyd Mayweather has been traveling overseas recently, but that apparently hasn’t stopped him from getting behind the wheels of pricey rides. During a stop in England earlier this week, he hired a company called CelebritySuperCarHire.co.uk to pick him up from the airport in a $350,000 Rolls-Royce and insisted on driving it. The company actually just opened up, and Mayweather was their very first customer so allowing him to drive was a risky proposition. But they couldn’t possibly say no, right?

No, they couldn’t. And unfortunately, it came back to bite them in the end when Mayweather accidentally scraped the luxury ride’s alloy wheels against a curb. In the clip above, you can hear him yell, “He’s gonna kill me!” after he gets out of the car and assesses the damage.

Mayweather offered to pay for scraping the wheels on the spot, and he took plenty of cash with him on his trip so it wouldn’t have been a problem for him to pay up:

But David Warke—the husband of CelebritySuperCarHire.co.uk owner Heidi Warke—wouldn’t let him do it.

“He was so nice about it,” Warke told the Birmingham Mail. “He offered to pay straight away, but he had been so nice, I couldn’t take money off him.”

Wake admitted the company took a loss as a result of the damage. But something tells us all the free publicity they earned thanks to Mayweather was well worth it.
