Jim Tomsula, a man who always seemed like he belonged on the couch sipping Milwaukee's Best and yelling at his favorite football team rather than coaching it, was fired by the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday after just year at the helm. His hiring, if you'll remember, came after a rather large falling out between former coach Jim Harbaugh, who took the team to back-to-back NFC Championships, and the front office. As these things usually go, Harbaugh was let go, and Tomsula stepped in as a sort of placeholder for the 2015 season.

After a 5-11 season that saw that continual regression of Colin Kaepernick and the Niners offense, Tomsula was given the boot, and Harbaugh, now at Michigan and fresh off a Citrus Bowl drubbing of Florida, was watching.

Do not be deceived. You will reap what you sow.

A little bit of a subtweet there, eh coach Harbaugh? Well, you know what they say. The man in the khakis always gets the last laugh.
