Donovan McNabbwas arrested for DUI back in June, and TMZ is reporting that the sentence has finally been handed down.

If everything here is accurate, then it appears as though McNabb will actually do some jail time after pleading guilty to the incident.

Court officials confirm .... the ex-NFL quarterback received the following sentence:

McNabb was arrested after crashing into the back of a car that was stopped at a red light. Once police arrived, it was discovered that McNabb's blood alcohol level was .17, more than twice the legal limit. He did his best to talk the police out of the arrest, but since the alcohol was evident on McNabb's breath, the officer wasn't having it.

This was McNabb's second DUI arrest in Arizona, with the first coming back in April of 2014. The multiple incidents are what likely contributed to him receiving such a strong sentence.
