Earlier this month, I went out to Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, Ore. for a crash course in lacrosse. While I have no experience in the sport whatsoever, I was given access to five of the game's most recognizable players: legendary enforcer Bill O'Brien and all four Thompson brothers. After a day of learning with some of MLL's best players, it was time to strap up for real.
