Daje Johnson, a.k.a. DAJE, isn't the first rapper to drop bars about drugs. Hell, there are literally THOUSANDS of songs that feature rappers spitting about doing drugs, selling drugs, being in love with drugs, stashing drugs, and…well, you get the point.

There's one big difference between Johnson and the rest of the rappers out there, though. Johnson is a wide receiver for the Texas Longhorns. So when he spends four minutes and 54 seconds rapping about drugs, he's basically just opening himself up for ridiculous amounts of criticism. Because either he's lying about all the drug dealing he's rapping about…or he's rapping about doing things that the NCAA is NOT going to be too happy about.

Oh, and also, Johnson has had a pretty rocky road at Texas, so…yeah. This probably wasn't a great idea:

To his credit, Johnson has apologized for promoting the song and promised Texas fans that he's focused on football and not rapping and/or selling drugs:

But he's also been promoting a different song called "Conceited" lately, so it doesn't look like he's ready to give up on his "fun" just yet:

SMH. Isn't it almost time for training camp to start?
