Nearly two months removed from his time at Caron Pennsylvania rehab facility and only a week away from a run-in with a fan during the Byron Nelson Classic PGA tournament, and Johnny Manziel was already back to showcasing some of the athleticism that made him a first-round pick. Albeit, you know, on a softball diamond.

Johnny Football was just one of many guests invited to Browns cornerback Joe Haden's Celebrity Softball Game, but the former Texas A&M Aggie surely made the most of his opportunity. In a game that featured All-Pro NFL players like cornerback Richard Sherman and safety Kam Chancellor of the Seahawks, Pro Bowl players like Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson, Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, and Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr., and a Hall of Fame two-sport player like Deion Sanders, making a statement on the field was no easy task.

But on Saturday in Eastlake, Ohio, the once troubled Browns quarterback found himself in the winners circle of the event's home run derby.

Don't forget—Manziel isn't new to the diamond. He played shortstop in high school and was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 28th round of the 2014 MLB draft.

Check out some of the highlights below, which include a 360ft moon shot from Johnny (Soft)ball.
