Earlier this month, Oscar De La Hoya appeared on Power 106's "The Cruz Show" where he revealed that he was entertaining the possibility of making a comeback. Of course, if De La Hoya does return to the ring, it has to be against someone worthwhile. "If I did make a comeback," he said, "I would fight the best, whoever that is…but I would want to fight someone that's gonna fight me back." Well, how does squaring off against Floyd Mayweather sound?

Even though De La Hoya didn't specifically point out Money Mayweather when discussing who he would take on in his first professional bout in nearly seven years, there's no denying that if Oscar wants to "fight the best," then it's gotta be the 48-0 Floyd.

So, what do you say, De La Hoya? Wait, wait! Before you answer, Floyd has two small stipulations.

That's right. The fight would have to be at 154 pounds, in September. Now, go ahead Oscar, give us your response.
