Stuart Scott may be gone but he's not forgotten, not even close. And in keeping with that theme, today ESPN unveiled a tribute nearly as massive as Scott's impact on the network (Well, maybe not quite that big. But it sounds good).

Take a look at the following pictures, and think back to an era where waking up for school totally sucked, but could've sucked way more without viewing highlights peppered with catchphrase after catchphrase. It was back in an era where SportsCenter was something you watched, rather than just hit up for the bottom line.

At first glance, this seems like a fitting memorial. Infinitely more so than a tree planted in the courtyard. Situated in the same studios as SportsCenter, it should definitely inspire some young up-and-coming anchors.
