Martin Odegaard is ready to complete his $3.45 million move to the world's biggest football club.

The Norwegian wonder kid has chosen to sign for Real Madrid and is set to compete for a place in the first team alongside the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez—he'll also reportedly be paid an incredible $120,000 per week.

Norway's youngest ever international will train the first team immediately and is set to be unveiled as the newest—and youngest—Galactico on Thursday afternoon.

Here's why Odegaard is the world's most talked about teenage sensation.

Odegaard was believed to originally favor a summer move but the player has now agreed terms on a move to Madrid, where a villa is already waiting for him and his family.

The terms of the deal are thought to include a coaching role at Real for Martin's father, Hans Erik, who has already had a memorable impact on Odegaard's career.
