Is anyone buying Ndamukong Suh's excuse for why he stepped on Aaron Rodgers' leg on Sunday?

During the Lions/Packers game in Green Bay on Sunday, Detroit defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh got caught stepping on Aaron Rodgers' leg and was subsequently suspended one game for doing it. And while his suspension was eventually reduced to a $70,000 fine after Suh appealed it, video of the incident seems to reveal that Suh stepped on Rodgers on purpose.

Suh reportedly told the NFL that that was not the case, though. During his appeal of the suspension, he offered up an excuse for why he stepped on Rodgers' leg and didn't show any remorse for doing it:

We don't doubt that it was freeeeeeeeezing cold at Lambeau Field on Sunday. But c'mon, Suh. You really couldn't tell the difference between the flat ground and Aaron Rodgers' leg?!
