Through the first two months of the 2014-15 NBA season, the Warriors have played like the best team in the entire league. They're currently 23-5 on the year and, thanks to the stellar play of Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, they look like the team to beat in the Western Conference. But last night, after Golden State lost to the Clippers 100-86 in the Christmas Day nightcap, one Warriors player was not happy with the way his team played.

Draymond Green—who scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds during the contest—spoke with the media after the contest ended. And he revealed that he thought Golden State was way "too nice" for whatever reason against the Clips, a team that has been one of the Warriors' biggest rivals in recent years.

"I don't know what the cause of it was," he said, "maybe everybody was a little too jolly, Christmas spirit. But it was too nice. It was boring…I mean, it's no secret we don't like them, and it's no secret they don't like us. So I don't know why the game was that nice, trying to act like we like each other and we don't. Boring game…Obviously they're a better team at playing their nice game. I don't really like playing those types of games."

The good news for Golden State is that, after losing their last two games (they also lost to the Lakers earlier this week), they have a couple of gimme games on their schedule. They will play the Timberwolves at home on Saturday night before hosting the 76ers on Tuesday. But we're guessing that the Warriors next game against the Clippers—which won't take place until Sunday, March 8—won't be anywhere near as "nice" as last night's game if Draymond Green has anything to say about it. Stay tuned.
