Earlier tonight, the Minnesota Timberwolves and Milwaukee Bucks squared off for the first time this season. But, more importantly, this contest marked the first time that Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker, the 2014 No. 1 and No. 2 overall pick, respectively, took on one another. So, obviously, prior to tip-off, people were going to discuss their friendship with one another... or lack thereof.
According to web editor and team reporter for the Timberwolves, Kyle Ratke, here's what Parker had to say about his feelings towards Wiggins.
Ouch. But hey, don't feel bad for Wiggins. He got his payback on the court with the better stat line (14 points, eight rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal), as well as this emphatic block.
