As a whole, the reputation of St. Louis Cardinals fans took a considerable hit the other night when, following the team's Game 3 victory against the Los Angeles Dodgers, fans clashed with Ferguson, MO protestors who were on the scene. Cheering in support of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson (who, to remind you, shot and killed local teenager Mike Brown on August 9), the Cardinals fans put on a display of "pride" that was, at best, tasteless and, at worst, racist. Regardless, the evening was a mess.

However, it gets worse. This sect of the so-called "Best Fans in Baseball" recently decided to double-down on their behavior by printing and selling Darren Wilson-themed t-shirts bearing "Go Cards" on the front, and "Darren Wilson 6" on the back. Apparently, the six stands for "We've got your six", a police code meaning "I've got your back."

But, wait, there's more! Amazingly, proceeds collected from the t-shirt sales will be donated to Darren Wilson, who, again, killed another human being. Here's the full description of the group's "charity" via their Facebook page:

*GAME SHIRTS* *WRISTBANDS* Pick up a game shirt to support Darren Wilson (thanks for the inspiration Dan Ride!), available Saturday at Barney's Sports Pub, 6027 Chippewa St, St Louis, MO 63109 (open at 11AM Fri-Sun)! Shirts are $20, local availability only. Wristbands are available NOW for $5 (non-local folks inside the contiguous U.S. states only, mail a check for $10 addressed to Darren Wilson to the same location & put in the memo WEAREDARRENWILSON wristband). Please note: We're hand-painting the shirts with stencils. If a local supporter has access to a screen printer or shirt company with immediate availability to print these more efficiently, let us know (we already have the shirts)! Please comment below if you know you'll be coming by for one and tell us what size(s)! If you're not going to the game, watch with fellow supporters at Barney's!
