Why does life gotta be so unfair?! Prior to the 2013 season, Justin Verlander signed a six-year, $180 million contract with the Detroit Tigers to pitch, pretty much, every fifth game. Sure, his arm will probably endure its fair share of wear and tear, but that is still not a bad deal. Verlander has a pretty good life, but who would've thought it could get just a little bit better when he started dating Kate Upton.
Earlier tonight, Verlander flirted a little bit with Kate who was seated in the Legends seats right above the Tigers dugout during his team's game against the New York Yankees. After some words were exchanged, the 31-year-old pitcher tossed a ball to Upton which may have something written on it, judging from her reaction after she looked down. A girl that watches your team play when you aren't pitching? Justin, that's a keeper!
