Late last night, Patrick Peterson received a five-year, $70 million contract extension from the Cardinals with $48 million of that money being guaranteed. It made him the highest-paid cornerback in the entire NFL, less than three months after Richard Sherman signed a four-year, $57.5 million extension that made him the highest-paid CB in the league. So you would think that Sherman would be a little bit upset right now.

But guess what? He's not! Or at least, he's not going to admit that he is.

About an hour ago, Peterson sent out this tweet:

1.

And Sherman responded to Peterson and the news about Peterson's new contract as only Sherman can by sending this tweet in response:

2.

And it was such a Richard Sherman tweet to send. Lmao, indeed.
