U.S. manager Jurgen Klinsmann will have to shuffle his cards for the match against Portugal on Sunday, after it was officially announced today that striker Jozy Altidore will not be available due to injury. Altidore injured his hamstring while chasing down a long ball during the first half of the United States' Group G opening victory over Ghana, and had to be strechered off the field. The squad is hopeful that Jozy will still have a part to play at this World Cup, but it won't be this Sunday in Manaus. Will Klinsmann look to another striker in either Aron Johannsson or Chris Wondolowski to replace Altidore up top, or will he go for some added depth in the midfield and leave captain Clint Dempsey as his only out-and-out striker?
