With the first overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Houston Texans select Jadeveon Clowney.
No huge surprise here. For a while now, people have speculated that if the Texans kept the pick, they would go with Clowney. And why not? Even though there have been questions surrounding his work ethic, the potential of the former South Carolina defensive end is too much to ignore. Now, with a line which includes Jadeveon and J.J. Watt, Houston can reestablish themselves on the defensive end and give opposing offenses nightmares in the process. If all goes well, Houston will not have another 2-14 record for a long time.
