Aaron Paul had all of the fixings for a perfect entrance to the "Need for Speed" premiere. Tux: check. Stunning date: check. Beautiful car: check check check. Then the 1969 Gran Torino from the film had to go and overheat, churning out smoke and ruining all that potential. At least he played it off like a champ.

While his wife's mouth was wide open in shock, Paul busted up laughing. Once he made it to the red carpet, safely, a fan asked about the car trouble. "Man, the car was about to blow up!" Paul said. "That never happened during the entire shoot." We wonder if someone called in a mechanic to fix the engine while everyone else was watching the movie.
