Before the video from Russia starts a Volvo cut off another a BMW X5. The video captures the reaction from those inside the Beemer. A couple dudes get out of the car and start popping off rounds.
There's rapid gunfire, and nobody even flinches. The witnesses just stand there like they're watching a routine part of their commute. Fortunately no one was hurt, but these two mad men are still on the loose. The next thing to set them off will probably be someone butting them in line at Starbucks, where no one else will flinch either.
