Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito is done holding his tongue when it comes to Jonathan Martin. For months now, he's remained pretty quiet about the alleged bullying that Martin reportedly accused him of in late 2013. He diddo an interview with Fox Sports in early November 2013 to try and explain himself shortly after the allegations came to light. But outside of that, Incognito hasn't really spoken up about Martin or the accusations Martin made against him. He changed that earlier this afternoon, though, by delivering an angry message to Martin on Twitter.

First, Incognito started things off by wishing everyone a happy hump day:

What's up TWITTTER!!!!!!! Happy Hump Day!!!!!

Then, he made a subtle reference to Martin and said that he is ready to move on with his life:

I'm ready to move on with my life and career. I've been dragged through the mud for months by my "best friend". #betrayed #railroaded

After that, he got into a brief back-and-forth conversation with Omar Kelly, a writer for the Sun-Sentinel, about the NFL's report on the bullying that Incognito allegedly directed at Martin last year:

RT @68INCOGNITO What's up TWITTTER!!!!!!! Happy Hump Day!!!!! > We're getting close to report day Richie. You excited?
@OmarKelly we are? I haven't heard ANYTHING from ANYBODY regarding the report.
To @68INCOGNITO not sure if that's sending report to NFL and teams, or making it public. But it is time for this to be over.
@OmarKelly this should have been over before it even started. False allegations and lies have kept this going.
RT @68INCOGNITO this should have been over before it even started. False allegations and lies have kept this going.> I call it SPIN
@OmarKelly I call it trying to protect someone's signing bonus. Kenny Zimmerman <-----------

That led to Incognito calling Martin out directly:

Dear Jon Martin..... The truth is going to bury you and your entire "camp". You could have told the truth the entire time.

Which led to him making a random reference to Outkast:

Bombs over Baghdad by Outkast http://t.co/YFYc3FDWUA #FREEINCOGNITO #BringIt

And then, he went in. He referred to the voice mail that was released by Martin's agent Kenny Zuckerman last year that featured him using the N-word:

Jon Martin---you started all of this when Kenny Zuckerman released the VM to ESPN. The same VM we joked about with @brianhartline
Kenny Zuckerman from Priority Sports.... What do you have to say for your actions? Why did you release the VM. What was your goal ?
I'm guilty of being a loyal friend and good teammate. I apologize for my poor language and rude remarks. I've never denied it.

He apologized to all of the women who may have been offended by the text messages he sent to Martin between October 2012 and November 2013 that leaked out last week:

I apologize to all of the women out there that I offended with my text messages to my close personal friend.

And then he dropped this bombshell:

FACT: Jonathan Martin told me he thought about taking his own life in MAY 2013 b/c he wasn't playing well. Told me he felt worthless.

And he ended things by saying that he would have no further comment at this time:

I have no further comment at this time. Please contact my attorney Mark Schamel @WCSRtweet 202-857-4481

Yikes. Maybe Incognito should have held his tongue for a few more days? This could get ugly again. We'll be sure to keep you updated on any new developments that take place in this story.
