Got big pockets and an affinity for racing games? Here’s your shot to own the Ford Mustang GT hero car from the upcoming “Need for Speed” movie.
The car features a custom wide-body chassis, albeit in the style of the outgoing Mustang. It sports Forgiatto 22-inch alloys, a pumped-up lower grille, extended rocker panels, a dual-scoop hood, and low-profile mirrors.
This hero car was driven by “Breaking Bad” star Aaron Paul while on set, so expect it to levy hefty bids when it crosses the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach auction block on April 12. Proceeds will be donated to charity, and Ford will be offering driving experiences in a Shelby GT500, Focus ST, and Fiesta ST on site. Not a bad way to spend the weekend. Check out the “Need for Speed” movie when it premieres on March 14.
