Miami Heat forward LeBron James was straight up balling for Miami tonight with 33 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals. The Heat were cruising to victory when James drove down the lane and was hit in the face by Thunder big man Serge Ibaka. Somehow, James managed to finish with a dunk despite suffering an injury to his nose.

He went down with a bloody nose and stayed down on the floor and left with a towel over his nose. He briefly went to the bench area, and then left the court area. Heat coach Erik Spoelstra gave an update to LeBron's injury:

Spoelstra on LeBron's nose: "Swollen nose, bleeding, will be evaluated back in Miami."

Twitter had some funny reactions to LeBron's injury including what mask he'll wear if he has to wear one after this injury:

If LeBron has to wear a mask in the future then there’s really only 1 option pic.twitter.com/FI1oeaLxgZ
With a broken nose, Lebron James can pull a Kanye on the @NBA and come in with a real mask to protect his nose. FTW. pic.twitter.com/UuxGCutVzt
